Difference Between Cancel, Pause & Resume

Cancel:

Canceling your plan is permanent.
Your subscription stays active only until the grace period (your current billing cycle end date).
After the grace period ends, your account and all features stop working.
To use LeadGenApp again, you must purchase a new plan.

Pause:

Pausing works almost the same as canceling, but it is reversible.
Your renewal date stays the same—pausing does NOT add extra days to your subscription.

Example:
Your plan renews on the 5th of each month.
If you pause on the 1st, you still have access until the 5th (same as cancel).

After the grace period (after the 5th):
Your account stops working—the same as canceling.
But you can resume anytime, even after the grace period.

Resume:

Resuming simply reactivates your paused subscription.
You continue normally with the same plan and settings—no need to buy a new plan.
